The colors work extremely well here; the head seems a little oddly positioned, but regardless everything looks spot on <img src="http://www.artrift.com/file/pic/emoticon/default/happy.gif" alt="Grin" title="Grin" title="v_middle" />

Well, it looks like you have proportions pretty much in the bag! I guess i made that critique based off my own tendency to draw heads leaning forward in these types of positions :p
