Hi there, between my accounts on DA I had been there for about four years, in that time I'd seen a lot of things change but it just really bothered me to see them jack the price up on "Core" membership. I decided, with my membership soon to run out, that I would try to find a new site that was similar to DA and I was lucky enough to find ArtRift. So far I am really pleased with this place and love the art that I am seeing.
I don't really have a style or anything yet, but I hope to find the confidence to try and post some of it here.
Also not too sure if I should post my stuff from DA, as it's like little adoptables I bought and Cinnadogs I did headshots of. Nothing too crazy or amazing lol.
a new website means new people and new art ^_^ Hopefully we can all get along and inspire one another! (though this website is dead from some of my information I have gathered).
So, yesterday, I picked up this near pristine gouache paint set at a swap. I say "near pristine", because there is one tube of paint missing, and it just so happens to be the white one.
I have a tube of water-based white acrylic, and I was wondering if that could be used as a substitute for white in gouache.
